How Orders are Processed
Keep the following points in mind when placing orders:
- Orders received Monday through Friday will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.
- Order processing excludes weekend days.
- Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday, excluding major holidays.
- Orders placed with Priority shipping (Overnight or 2nd Day Service) will be processed the same day if received by 10:00AM CST.
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
Delivery Times
Under normal circumstances, shipping takes 3-7 business days.
Please note: Orders are shipped and delivered on regular business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
Delivery Charges
Our standard shipping charges are as follows:
- Order – Shipping Fee
- First Bottle – $3
- Ea. Additional – $0.75
- Rush Deliveries – please call
Sales Tax
Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
Refunds
Refunds to your credit card are available for a period of 30 days from your original purchase date.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Corganics Online purchase, simply return it along with a copy of your receipt and we will be happy to credit your account for the full amount of the purchase, including the original shipping fee for online purchases directly from Corganics.
If your package was damaged during shipment, save all merchandise and packaging and notify Corganics promptly at 1-866-939-9541. Damaged items will be replaced at no cost to you.
We recommend that you send any return item via an insured carrier for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. We're sorry, but unfortunately return shipping fees are not refundable.
