Corganics Relief Debuts at Competition, Netting Several Best of Lifetime Records
On March 31-April 2, 2006, Corgancis attended the 2006 South Central Zone USMS Championships. Corganics' Gene Thrash attended at the invitation of one of the competitors, and was able to persuade five swimmers to use Relief prior to each of their swimming events.
The results exceeded our most optimistic expectations. Each individual set new best of life time personal records in their respective events. The best results are from our now-ardent supporter, Wright Stanton, IV from El Paso, Texas, who set four records and tied a fifth in back-to-back events!
The swimmers noted a quite noticable cold feeling when they hit the water initially off of the starting blocks, but said that Relief was extremely effective in helping them to "hold their strokes". Each racer not only experienced notably better endurance, but also meaningfully shorter recovery times after the races.
Other best of lifetime records included:
- A female competitor besting her previous record of 10 years by 90 seconds in the 1000 meter freestyle.
- An individual topping her 200 Butterfly record by 16 seconds.
- One man cut his 50 yard freestyle record by .2 seconds.
Everyone was very excited and credited Relief with making the difference. Not surprisingly, Corganics was enthusiastically invited to attend the Nationals competition.
