Corganics Acquires Interest in TriQuest Brands, LLC

Corganics LP, a Dallas based consumer products company, announced today they have acquired a one third interest in TriQuest Brands, LLC.
TriQuest Brands is a leader in the Health and Beauty private label and closeout industry anchored by the DermaSkin line of products. The quality product lineup includes body washes, bath gels, shampoos, baby oil, and many others. Corganics President Gene Thrash explained the natural fit between the two companies. "With consumer products, you are always looking for new products and growth opportunities. TriQuest and the DermaSkin line instantly give us both."
Corganics Director of National Accounts, Mike Pullon, was appointed as President of TriQuest while continuing to serve in his capacity with Corganics. "This is an industry first. The relationship with our manufacturing plant, ProCore Labs, was the last needed piece of the puzzle. In our business, the trifecta is quality products, manufacturing, and distribution. With TriQuest, we have all three", said Pullon.
