Subscription policy
To ensure consistent support for patients, Corganics offers a monthly subscription program available to licensed healthcare professionals and their patients. Subscription orders are processed and billed automatically every thirty (30) days from the original order date. Each recurring order includes the Corganics Clinical CBD product(s) you selected at enrollment, along with any applicable taxes and shipping charges. Orders will be shipped using your chosen delivery method at the associated cost. You may pause, cancel, or modify your subscription at any time. As a courtesy, Corganics will send two reminder emails, one sent seven (7) days and another two (2) days prior to your scheduled renewal date to allow time for any desired changes. Please note that all subscription changes must be submitted at least twenty-four (24) hours before the renewal date to be effective for the upcoming shipment. By enrolling in a recurring subscription, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our Refund Policy. Once a subscription order has been processed and payment has been collected, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for processed subscription shipments, except in cases of product damage or defect.
