By making a purchase you are demonstrating an understanding that Corganics® sells products containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. Products distributed by Corganics® are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). If you decide to purchase our products, you are purchasing them with the understanding of the present status of CBD (cannabidiol) products. Any returns considered for processing are between seller (Corganics®) and accounts that directly purchase Corganics® products.

Corganics® accepts product returns only from established accounts who have purchased products directly from Corganics® and only for products that are damaged or somehow defective via shipping and handling, unopened and unused within 5 days of delivery (receipt) of product. If there is a problem with any product you receive, you must notify Corganics® within 48 hours of receiving the product or we will not be able to determine if product was stored correctly or damaged after delivery. If a product return meets our return process requirements, you will be offered replacement product of similar value. 

Process for Returning Product: 

  1. Email us at support@corganics.com or call 833-633-2762 immediately to alert us that you will be returning your unopened damaged or defective product within 48 hours of receipt of product. 
  2. Once you have shipped product back to us, please also email the tracking number/carrier information to support@corganics.com to alert us of the shipping return. 
  3. Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm product condition, we will confirm product replacement with you and ship replacement product to you within 3-5 days.
