Corganics Wellness Advantage - Terms & Conditions
Program Overview
The Corganics Wellness Advantage program is available exclusively to customers enrolled in an active subscription. The program is designed to reward consistency by offering increasing savings and benefits based on completed subscription orders.
Eligibility
- The program is available only to active subscription customers.
- Customers must maintain an active subscription to earn and retain rewards.
Earning Rewards
- Rewards are based on the number of completed and fulfilled subscription orders.
- Milestone levels are achieved at the following intervals:
- 3 orders
- 6 orders
- 9 orders
- 12 orders
- Rewards are automatically applied, no codes or manual tracking required.
Subscription-Specific Tracking
- Each subscription is treated independently within the program.
- If a customer has multiple subscriptions, each will:
- Progress separately
- Earn rewards separately
- Rewards, order counts, and progress cannot be combined, transferred, or stacked across multiple subscriptions.
Pause Policy
- Subscriptions may be paused for up to one (1) month without impacting reward status.
- For each additional consecutive month paused, the subscription will drop one reward level.
- Resuming a subscription will continue from the adjusted reward level.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancelling a subscription will reset all accumulated progress and rewards.
- If a subscription is restarted, the program will begin again from level 1.
General Terms
- Rewards:
- Have no cash value
- Are non-transferable
- Cannot be exchanged or redeemed outside of the program
- Benefits apply only to qualifying subscription orders and may exclude certain products, promotions, or offers at Corganics’ discretion.
Program Changes
Corganics reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the Wellness Advantage program, including its structure, rewards, or eligibility requirements, at any time without prior notice.
